Yude Elementary School Food Education & Aesthetics Program
At Yude Elementary School, we believe that food is more than just something we eat. It is a way to learn about health, nature, and culture. Our Food Education & Aesthetics Program helps students understand where food comes from, how to cook healthy meals, and how to take care of the environment.
Students in this program grow, cook, and learn about food through fun activities. We have a special cooking and baking classroom where students can make delicious meals using fresh, local ingredients.
Grow Fruits and Vegetables – Students plant and harvest crops like buckwheat, tomatoes, and herbs. They learn how farmers grow food in a natural and healthy way.
Cook and Present Food Beautifully – Students learn how to prepare and decorate meals, making food that looks and tastes great.
Visit Local Farms – Students meet farmers and food experts, learning how food goes from the farm to the table.
Reduce Waste and Take Care of Nature – Students practice saving food, recycling, and protecting the environment.
Our program follows the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which help people live healthier and more responsibly. We focus on:
SDG 3: Good Health & Well-being – Teaching students to eat healthy and nutritious food.
SDG 12: Responsible Consumption & Production – Helping students reduce food waste and use resources wisely.
SDG 15: Life on Land – Encouraging students to take care of plants, animals, and the environment.
This program helps students understand food, appreciate nature, and make healthy choices. It also teaches them how to respect the environment and take responsibility for their actions.

學生在這個計畫中種植、烹飪並學習,透過有趣的活動來認識食物。我們有一間特別的烘焙與料理教室,讓學生使用新鮮的在地食材,親手製作美味的餐點。
種植水果與蔬菜 – 學生種植與收成像蕎麥、番茄與香草等作物,學習農夫如何用自然健康的方式種植食物。
烹飪與美學呈現 – 學生學習如何準備食材,並把餐點擺盤得更美觀,讓食物看起來更吸引人。
參訪在地農場 – 學生與農夫和食品專家交流,了解食物從農場到餐桌的過程。
減少浪費並保護自然 – 學生學習珍惜食物、回收資源,並保護環境。
我們的課程與聯合國永續發展目標(SDGs)接軌,讓學生學會健康生活並善待環境。我們特別關注:
